Vendor & trades coordination

We schedule, supervise, and document every contractor and trades visit on your behalf. Your building manager ensures vendors have proper access, complete their work to standard, and sign in and out — so nothing happens on-site without oversight.

Minor repairs & maintenance

From burnt-out lights and stuck doors to minor plumbing issues, your building manager handles small fixes before they become expensive work orders. They also flag and escalate anything beyond their scope so nothing gets missed.
